IT security firm opens shop in Bulawayo IT Security Guru

 AXIS Solutions, an information technology (IT) security firm has opened a new branch in Bulawayo where it seeks to assist business curb cyber-security crime and associated risks.

The Harare-headquartered business offers various end-solutions for different businesses ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. The firm launched its operations at a function that was attended by local businesses at a local hotel on Wednesday. The new branch is situated at corner Number 2 Oak Avenue and 12th Street extension in Suburbs.

Axis Solutions was established in 2001 as a Zimbabwean company and subsidiary of Axis Solutions Africa, a pan-African ICT Solutions provider. Speaking at the launch, Mr Tichakunda Chimombe, the company’s GIS specialist said their desire was to grow business globally.

“Our company has various branches in Africa and on the first of November we are launching a new branch in Australia, meaning our company is going global,” he said.

Axis Solutions is also a gold partner of various technological players including the prestigious end-solution company Kaspersky Lab, which is originally from Russia and Hardcat, which offers various technological modules that can keep track of a business’ various assets. Mr Chimombe said the major thrust of their company was to make sure their customers are secured.

“Our ultimate security and systems management solution protects against known, unknown and advanced threats,” he said.

“At Axis Solutions, we make sure our client is protected from any harm that can come to their business at all cost and also taking into consideration the company’s mission, which is mobility, agility and security.”

The firm offers mobile device management, fiscalization and retail automation, storage and virtualization amongst other various services. It provides end-solutions for prestigious companies different sectors.
